Key Responsibilities For RDA Jobs 2025
Your responsibilities as an assistant legal advisor will include:
- Representing the Rawalpindi Development Authority in civil court, high court, and other important tribunal cases brought by or against the organization.
- helping to prepare and submit answers for cases that are filed before the courts.
- giving the RDA legal counsel with administrative and office-related issues.
- Assist the legal advisor with court-related duties and legal proceedings.
- Ensuring adherence to any further directives that the Punjabi government may issue as needed.
Education & Experience Requirement
- a law bachelor’s degree (LLB).
- three years or more of experience practicing law actively.
- A current registration number and membership in the High Court Bar Council are required.
RDA Jobs 2025 Appointment Condition
- Contract Duration: There will be a two-year contract attached to the appointment.
- The monthly compensation is PKR 50,000.
- The appointment shall follow the rules set forth by the government in letter No. 1/2008/1941-2, which was issued on May 14, 2011.
- Termination Clause:
- With one month’s notice or one month’s salary instead of notice, the Punjabi government retains the right to end the agreement.
- In a similar vein, the Assistant Legal Advisor may leave by giving one month’s notice or by being paid less for one month.
