Available Position For ITU Jobs 2025
ITU is seeking candidates for many positions in its faculties. The positions are broken down as follows:
Science Faculty
- Professor (TTS) – 1 position
- Associate Professor (TTS) – 1 position
- Assistant Professor (TTS) – 4 positions
- Lecturer/Teaching Fellow (BPS/Lump-Sum) – 6 positions
Faculty of Engineering
- Assistant Professor (TTS) – 3 positions
- Lecturer/Teaching Fellow (BPS/Lump-Sum) – 4 positions

Qualification & Experience Requirements For ITU Jobs 2025
Candidates must fulfill the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) requirements for faculty appointments to be considered for these positions:
- For appointments under the Tenure Track System, candidates must meet the HEC requirements for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor (TTS).
- Candidates must fulfill the HEC eligibility requirements for lecturers to be considered as lecturers or teaching fellows.
