Qualifications for Education
- a Ph.D. degree (domestic or foreign) from a university recognized by the HEC in a relevant field, such as economics, sociology, psychology, political science, or anthropology.
- Candidates having international degrees from well-regarded QS universities will be given preference.
Academic Performance
- A track record of academic achievement that satisfies HEC requirements, including research publications, teaching experience, and contributions to intellectual work.
Experience in Management and Leadership
- five to ten years of senior management or academic administration leadership experience in an educational setting.
