• Monthly Salary: Rs. 150,000 per month
• Architecture is the discipline (01 position).
• Management Sciences (three roles)

Lecturer

• Salary: As per UET’s policy.
• Architecture (two positions) is the discipline.

Eligibility Criteria For UET Jobs 2025

Lecturer Position

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• After eighteen years of study in the relevant discipline at a university or institution recognized by the HEC, a first-class MS/MPhil or an equivalent degree is given.
• In the academic profession, there is no third division.
• If a candidate has a higher degree (such as a PhD) with no more than one-third of their academic career divided, they are exempt.

Experience:

• It doesn’t require any prior experience.

Assistant Professor Position

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• PhD from a university or institution recognized by HEC in the relevant discipline.

Experience Requirement:

• It doesn’t require any prior experience.

Associate Professor Position

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• PhD in the relevant discipline from a university or institution approved by HEC.

Experience Requirement:

• Ten years of research or teaching experience in a university or postgraduate school recognized by HEC, or ten years of relevant work experience in a national or international organization.
• An alternative would be five years of post-PhD teaching or research experience at a university or postgraduate institution recognized by HEC, or relevant work experience in a national or international organization.

Publications:

• Ten research articles in HEC-recognized journals, at least four of which were published within the last five years.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

• PhD from a university or institution recognized by HEC in the relevant discipline.

Experience:

• 15 years of research or teaching experience at a university or postgraduate school recognized by HEC or work experience in the subject at a national or international organization.
• As an alternative, ten years of post-PhD teaching or research experience at a university or postgraduate institution recognized by HEC, or relevant work experience in a national or international setting.

Publications:

• 15 research articles in HEC-recognized journals, at least five of which were published within the last five years.
